1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
Custom or made-to-order products
Limited edition drops
Gift cards
Sale or discounted items
3. How to Start a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange:
Email us at info@soulblueapparel.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll provide instructions and a return shipping address.
Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
4. Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to your original method of payment (minus shipping costs) within [5–10 business days] after inspection.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or credit card company — processing times may vary.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are processed once we receive your original item.

7. Shipping Your Return
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method — Soul Blue Apparel is not responsible for lost return packages.
